BUILT IN ROTISSERIE
Hidden in the grill is the whisper quiet rotisserie motor system that uses a chain driven single speed 6 RPM motor that can handle 50 lbs. The ceramic infrared burner that points straight down delivers 12,500 to 18,000 BTU’s. This lets you use the burner not only for low and slow rotisserie cooking, and being able to also sear or finish food as well.

Hestan’s top of the line infrared sear burners with variable temperature control offer 25,000 BTUs each. Automatic ignition system starts up with a single push fire up the grill with ease. Patent flip-to-clean radiant ceramic tray helps spread the heat with monogrammed ceramic briquettes.
